We produce workpieces of various shapes, fast and at minimum cost, in complete accordance with Customer's drawings. Cutting is performed on modern equipment for any contours (including compound ones) of metal plates with thickness from 3 to 80 mm.

First, we treat sheet and profile steel in a shot blasting machine, which ensures an improved surface structure and increases the service life of future surface protection coatings (paints, enamels, primers).

In the following step we use Voortman V310 high-precision equipment with advanced technology for plate processing. Parts are processed according to Customer requirements and it involves the following operations: edging, holing, countersinking, threading, marking.

The next stage is automated plasma cutting. Voortman V310 equipment with 3D head enables cutting parts with single and double bevels and complex geometric shapes.

Painting of finished products is carried out in a modern painting and drying chamber with supply and exhaust heat ventilation, which ensures high-quality application and drying of protective coating.
